Valve is greatly enhanced by location. In Colorado, Arizona, and most of the States ; this car would be under valued. But--In southern California they are prized by Surfers and collectors---- So it would be wise to contact Southern California car clubs on the net to get a better value/appraisal of what it is worth.

It depends on where you live, they could be worth more in California, Florida and many parts of the Southwest than anywhere else, in those areas I would say around $5,000-7,000.
Elsewhere I would say it would be worth around $3,000-5,000
Since it has power windows (which was rare back in 1967) and a 428 V8 (which was also rare considering that most of the 1967 LTD's came with the 390 2 barrel motors) that's what adds up to the value.

Wow.. now that sounds like a nice sleeper depending on what the wagon looks like.
I would say that if it is good running condition $5000 and upwards. That seems to be the average price for that engine on the internet. I don't think the car itself is worth more then $1000 by itself, unless it is cherry.
Take a look in some of the online car trader sites and in Hemmings Motor News... a simple yahoo search will find them. Do some comparison.
Good luck

According to the NADA guide, this car is worth, on average, around $5000. This all depends, of course, on various options packages and condition. The motor alone is worth a little money as original 428 FE engines are becoming quite scarce. Though if the car is in good running and cosmetic condition I personally would be loathe to rape it for parts. Huge old cars are just way too much fun for road trips (even if the fuel economy sucks). Good Luck!

Since it's got a big block motor I would say around $6000-8000.
