adrian,

This is a question best left to attorneys.

However...

If you were charged as an adult for the crimes listed on those warrants, they will not simply "go away."

lol, warrants don't just go away. You better get those taken care of ASAP or they will catch up with you one way or another.....the longer you wait the more money you will owe. There was a news show on a while back that told the story of a man who finally got arrested for an unpaid ticket that he got twenty years ago! This guy was a truck driver and the first time he got pulled over since his warrant twenty years back he got taken to jail.......the moral of that true story is PAY UP AND MOVE ON WITH YOUR LIFE!!!If you can't pay the fine than don't do the crime!

In Canada you could be arrested when you are 45 yrs old on an outstanding warrant from when you were 14 yrs old. Warrants are only cancelled when you die.

In Canada a person's criminal record will be wiped when they turn 18, but you need to clear up the outstanding charges.

no it won't go away, the best thing to do is go down to the court house and deal with it now before you turn 18, at least it will still be a juvenile offense and can't be discolosed to future employers. If you want until you are 18, it will be on your adult record for the rest of your life. Just go do it now, believe me, you will be better off.
