No. The word christianity is taken from being Christ like. The Jews believe that their Messiah is coming, Some Believe it is Jesus where others do not. However in the book of Acts in the Bible in the new Testament chapter 11 and verse26.where they first were called Christians. These were followers (diciples of Jesus Christ and formed a gathering called the church. Christ is not Jesus' last name. Christ stands for Messiah, Anointed One, the Anointing. So when you are filled with the Holy Ghost and Power you will be able to do what Jesus did. Casting out devils. laying hands on the sick and they shall recover and go about doing good and setting the oppressed go free. People use the term christianity very loosely. Some think because they are not followers of religions they must be christians, others go to churches and hear about Jesus Christ and say they are christians, But until you repent from your sins and ask Jesus into your life and believe that God raised Him from the dead you are not saved That is what being born again means. That is why Jesus came to get us back into fellowship with God that Adam had lost. Now back to the word christianity, that word is not in the bible.Society has used the word Christianity to be listed along with other Religions. It is not a Religion! It is a lifestyle. A different Kingdom. It is not a Kingdom of the World. It is the Kingdom of Heaven.

The first Christianity was started by Jews...Paul. It was like MESSIANIC JUDAISM! Then it got all screwed in about 190 and it is what you see today.

Clearly, Hellenistic values are being "projected" on Paul, this is a deadly cancer of the false "church". The "kirch" or church as we know it today, was started by Gentiles who threw off righteousness to maintain an identity as Hellenists and pagans. In the days of Paul, the followers of Mashiyach met in synagogues, celebrated the Shabbat and learned the Way of the Torah Mashiyach. It 190 C.E. Marcion built the first "church" and he birthed the theologies of the "Old and New Testament", Dispensationalism and Replacement Theology became a Christian value as it remains to this day.

Today the Christian church at large has adopted the pagan festivals Christmas, Easter and Sunday which where introduced into Christianity many years after Paul, yet Paul is credited for bringing this paganism into "the church"? NO, the fact of the matter is that the Gentile "Church Fathers", like Tertullian and Marcion are responsible for the Hellenism, not Paul.

Paul clearly took a beating from the Romans and the Jews for presenting Mashiyach to the world, but the beating he took back then, is nothing compared to the gang warfare against him today from false religion and Hellenized Christianity. Paul is a righteous Jew who worked with his own hands to support the Good News he brought to the world.
