Yes, you can get a cat fixed while she is pregnant (in doing so it is in a sence a "Cat Abortion") but she has to be pretty early in the pregnancy. Tell your vet you believe she may be pregnant, they will most likely feel to see if the uterus is enlarged (how ever if she's just given birth it may be hard to tell, and they may have to do an ultrasound). Ether way, she will get fixed.

Also, I've never heard of cats losing life due to giving birth. In fact, a breeder I once worked for had a cat who had 12 litters and lived to be 20 years old!!! So don't worry too much about it, but if you don't want the kittens, get your cat fixed.

(Plus, I think cats are happier and better pets when they dont have all those raging hormones)

Did your cat have her litters one after the other or in seperate seasons? I do so hope it wasnt one after the other.

I have known cats who have had litters to live well into their teens. So you wil have to decide for yourself on that one.

Cat abortions illegal? Wonder where that is.

A cat can be spayed when she is pregnant. If she is too far along there is a danger of too much blood loss. It is really up to your own vet what they do.
Some will desex up until a couple of weeks before delivery, others will only desex up to a couple of weeks pregnant.

Get her spayed as soon as possible please.

There is some scientific knowledge that supports the idea of losing some years on your life due to giving birth. Does this relate to cats too? I don't know, and I don't think they ever had a conclusion for animals.

No vet will do a "cat abortion". I think it is illegal to do so. It is best to get her checked for pregnancy and if she is, allow her to birth them and give them away to good homes.

If she is pregnant please neuter her afterwards.
Please PLEASE get her checked for pregnancy BEFORE getting her fixed as this will cause damage to her and the kittens.

I believe giving birth, no matter what kind of mammal you may be will take years off of your life.
It's a tough process.
