go through the local bsnl or mtnl telephone directory of ure city.
u will have to search for the telegraf or phonogram no. it may be a three digit no. call that no. they may ask ure no and will call u back. give in all complete details of the addresse and ask him to put the the standard message for best wishes for the marriage and blessings and luck to the couple. and its done dear. u will be charged in ure phone bill for the same.

marriage is not something you can just wish for. It needs real true love, and time to make it bloom into something amazing. After it has become something amazing then you could wish for marriage. If you don't have Love just yet, hold off on marriage, you'll just be another statistic filing for divorce.

1) pray to god
2) join dating agency
3) wear pink crystals
4) always smile at people
5) if you are a guy, u can buy a wife from china, philipines, vietnum or batam!
However, you need to be dating with someone in order to be ready for marriage!

don't wish the thing you wanted the most, coz hears prayers when least wanted or expected.
