i dont know any sites but from personal exp, maybe ur not living your life they way you want to, and your doing what others expect of you, you prob, here all the time that there are so many people worse off than you and you know that but still youcan't help these feelings, personally i dont believe in depending on drugs to fix this problem, just try and think of what is important to you and how you wanna live your life there is never a right and wrong, and you will always find a way, try and tap into your strengths, your self-strength, maybe you can find go to an alternative med, website , body mind and spirit director, might be helpful, and have energy healing, accupunture, and a metaphysical (persson) help you right now, i know how you feel, kinda like whats the point to anything, when you find soemthing you love and syop living for others you wsill get it, at least thats how i feel

I really really hate to say this....but honestly, I think getting OFF the meds, and finding a church with a really good pastor to counsel with and some good people to fellowship with - could really help you. Everyone has gone thru something my friend. Everyone. We'd ALL be basket cases if we allowed it. Getting strong spiritually will help you mentally and emotionally. You are just a little out of balance. You lost your mom when you were 10 and that was some serious kind of tough break. I lost a child who was 2 1/2 years old to a tragic drowning accident. The only thing that saved me from breaking down was finding a spiritual foundation, finding faith, sensing hope, and developing trust in a good God whose thoughts and plans for me are good. Cause, my friend, they are. And He loves you.

I'll be your friend.
I was homeschooled. Yeah i have friends everywhere?
But. I just dont like hanging out.
Me and a friend are talking threw myspace and she lives 2 houses down.
And she said that that was sad.
I just sayed thats just how i am.
No imm not a "helo" freak.
I just dont enjoy alot of thngs like that.
I really am sorry to hear about your mother.
But in a way you are and aren't scared.
You are however because you don't like meeting new people.
You aren't however because you've been alone all your life.
Nothing is wrong with you.
You don't need a theripist.
Seriously thats bull crap.
You do not have an anxiety disorder.
I don't believe in any of that.
You just need a friend. And not more bad news coming everyday.
Email me back. i emailed you.
I'll be your friend k?

I used to have the same problem. I had a few anxiety attacks. Scary. I kinda grew out of it though but it still affects me sometimes. I never took any medication though. I know how you feel but I don't know if there really is a way to cure it. Just be informed and do what your supposed to do. Sometimes I had to force myself to do things or just to get out of bed. But if you feel that it is too hard than I would see a doctor. They're the experts.

Since you are already under treatment, it is better to consult the therapist for additions and modifications if any. Anxiety neurosis can affect in a way described by you. B12 deficiency can affect you also (I had similar problems last years). Unresolved grief can affect you.
If you want alternative treatment options, I can suggest some.

You need to bring that extra effort up from inside and put it into everything. If it's not as easy now to go to school, then instead of trying to change that, just put more effort into it, and if it gets harder keep going at it harder and harder instead of blaming the fact that its harder (the school, or life, or facing people) it just means you will have to try a bit harder, and if that goes on forever then that will be what you have to do! But don't give up, because then it's impossible!!!

I would seek advise from your school counselor or a mental health help line. You definitely are suffering from social anxiety disorder and perhaps need an adjustment with your medication.
