Go and see a doctor!
I used to ignore my headaches. I thought it was just another migraine. When I had my regular check-up, I was diagnosed of being hypertensive. Then, farther diagnosis also revealed that I was lacking in some supplements. My doctor prescribed me to take some multivitamins, and continue my dancing and other exercises. Now I am back to normal and my heardaches are gone.

A headache is pain or discomfort in the head, scalp, or neck. Serious causes of headaches are extremely rare. Most people with headaches can feel much better by making lifestyle changes, learning ways to relax, and occasionally by taking medications.
A migraine is a type of primary headache that some people get repeatedly over time. Migraines are different from other headaches because they occur with symptoms such as nausea, vomiting, or sensitivity to light. In most people, a throbbing pain is felt only on one side of the head.
Migraines are classified as either "with aura" or "without aura." An aura is a group of neurological symptoms, usually vision disturbances that serve as warning sign. Patients who get auras typically see a flash of brightly colored or blinking lights shortly before the headache pain begins. However, most people with migraines do not have such warning signs.

Start with having some one give your back, shoulders and neck a massage. You rub or lightly scratch several times a day all over your head, you will find tender spots those are part of the problem.
Water (the lack of drinking it) is the most common contribute to headaches. Running a body low on water is like running a car low on oil. Don't if you want to stay healthy.

Do some internet research. Typically, migraines are accompanied by nausea, sensitivity to light and sound, flashes or spots in your field of vision and horrible headaches that last for days. Headaches are just an achy head.
