If you're referring to the myth that masturbation causes one to go blind, you cannot. It's a myth thought up by people way back when, apparently to protect children (and adults as well, I guess) from the "evils" of masturbation in their eyes and religious views. Going blind does not mean you masturbated or something crazy like that.
