when ever you ahve a temper take ur thumb and press it against ur index finger on the other hand, the more your angry more you dig your nails in... it takes ur mind off the temper...and enables u to calm down.. remember only fight on things that are going to effect your life.. in the next 10 years... so things like who drives is meaningless becasue it ahs no impact on your quality of life...
on point girls ALL GIRLS!!! respect leadership, and for you to be a good leader should not be privy to temper tantrums... he should be level headed. And besides look at it this wasy you loose the effect you have with ur temper...
i mean this, if your angry you wnat the other person to see your angry, if your angry all the time then your loose the effectivness of your anger, show your anger only whne really matters... not before not after...
it takes practise,,, believ me

Swallow your pride dude , sign up for anger management,(maybe the both of you can together) it may seem like a joke at first but it does help. I had to take it after my 7th assault and battery ( caught two more after that) but I have noticed a big difference . I do not have the short fuse temper,as I did before.... I do not know the cost where you live but here it was fairly cheap 28 weeks at 25.00 per week( only an hour and a half per week) it was worth every penny .
AND before anyone asks or labels me NONE of these were domestic violence of any type ,and non were toward anyone of the female gender (even though one of them hit like a girl)

When you get mad try to think of something funny or something you enjoy. Maybe meditate. I put a red tint on my hair and for some crazy reason that helps me(used to have dark brown hair with red tint.) Try to think of all the reasons that you love each other. If the temper flares up let it settle down as quickly as possible.

Say to yourself "Be a S.T.A.R." Stop. Take a deep breath. And Relax.
Or try to be a duck and let whatever it is that's upsetting you roll of your back like water.
As a teacher of spoiled, rich kids I have to use both of these a lot. The school gets too much money for discipline problems to be kicked out, so you have to learn how to stay calm when they are driving you insane.

My best advise is to go out and buy 2 Dr. Phil books:
Relationship Rescue and Self Matters
These books will help you. Or they also have the cassettes or Cd's. Maybe even tune in to the Dr. Phil show because there are so many couples with your story. You can listen to the advice that he gives.
You can find the books at major bookstores and online.
Good luck with that!

Remember that you allow yourself to feel angry about small things and you can change that.
Always think about what you want to say before you say it
Think about why you would want to be with a fiesty gf, and if fighting is a common part of your relationship...
But if you get really heated up about something, promise to discuss things later and leave for a while to cool down. when you return, don't forget she will have something to say, too --be a good listener!
cheers!

what is going to administration your mood? this is referred to as adulthood and 26 is a sturdy time to advance some. the in uncomplicated words administration you'll ever have is strength of will. lack of which causes lots of the hassle we analyze the following in Yahoo. practice makes perfect. the first step? own it, next time you lose your mood, seize your self, say sorry, and tell the guy you're yelling at that you desire a "retake", then say what you want to without yelling, cursing, or being rude. practice makes perfect. it would want to be finished. i have considered it. sturdy success.

you know what the consequences will be if you give in to you anger. learn how to love her more. if you love her more you would not even dare hurting or arguing with her.
you pray that you and her temper should stop.
