yes,my friend gandhigiri can work today but in some cases it can not work well . gandhigiri takes much time but it works.

yes the gandhigiri will work today and will be continue.this way is also used in indore for making the peoples to ride bike with halmat etc.

gandhigiri may or may not work today because the idealogy of the younger generation is very different to that of our elders
we have to make a place 4 ourselves which we cant do by using gandhigiri

yes it will but not in every situation like it only works by embarrasin others and the embarrased person say sorry, but the person who is sameless gandhigiri will never work on him who have stone alike heart in that case we use weapons.
