if jesus sied for all our sins, then athiest are good,if not, then athiest might as well do what you want, because god will never love them.......the same ones jesus died for..so for them he died for nothing.......sad......

You have to follow His rules, hear the word, believe the word, accept Jesus as your personal saviour, confess your belief & be baptized for the remission of sins.
Remember,God can see all your thoughts & knows what is in your heart.
You cannot fool Him.He wants you to love Him,because He loves you.If you love Him,you will obey Him as you would a good earthy father.

I'm going to assume your question is serious. 1) If you are an atheist, you are NOT a child of God according to the bible. God is the CREATOR of all, but only the FATHER of those who receive His Son.(read 1stJohn) 2) A person cannot expect to reject Jesus as Savior and expect to gain entrance into heaven based on the kind of life they have lived..."He who has the Son has Life, he who has NOT the Son of God has NOT Life".-1st John 5:12 3)The bible flat-out states that living a "good" life does not get you into heaven. "For it is by GRACE we are saved, and that not of ourselves, it is the GIFT of God, not of WORKS, lest anyone should boast"--Ephesians 2:8-9 A gift is something you CANNOT earn, otherwise it wouldnt be a gift. This may seem unfair, but what would you have God do? Accept people who not only WONT accept His Son, but often curse and revile Him. God says even ONE sin will keep a person out of heaven forever, so someone had to pay the price for sin, and WE cant. God didnt HAVE to come here and die on a cross for us, but He DID, because He LOVES us. ALL He asks, is that we accept the provision (payment for our sin) that HE has provided for us, and STOP thinking we can pay it ourselves. we can't. Like Jesus said,"....I am the Way, no one comes unto the Father BUT BY ME"--John 14:6 Thats the way it is. Or to put it into "modern language", Jesus says, "MY way, or the highway".--Hope that helps. THAT is what the bible teaches. If we dont like it, we will get a chance to take it up with Him, when we meet Him at the judgement. BUT I WOULD NOT WAIT UNTIL THEN. There are no "2nd chances". "It is appointed unto man, ONCE to die, and THEN the judgement".--Hebrews 9:26.......theBerean

According to the Bible, no. According to some faiths, yes. Some Christian faiths push the do good and it will get you into heaven card and not the believe in God and you will get to heaven card. I guess it's easier on the congregation if they believe good acts alone will do it. Other religions also believe in the good act way. No one knows I guess. I don't think anyone has died then come back to let us know which one is right.

You cannot get to heaven by works alone.
Jesus Christ said, "I am the Way, the Truth, and the Life. No one comes to the Father except through Me."

Sorry, but without faith it is impossible to please God. The only thing we can do that is good enough is to love Father God and trust Jesus to make that our faith.
