If you have GOD in your heart you already know who the Anti-Christ is and it is Bush Jr reason 10 horns the 10 OPEC Countries in the Middle East.
You know who he is once he shows his face. And, Bush Jr declares himself the Messiah meaning he is the Anti-Christ.
After all Jesus would never go into politics.

You will know when Jesus comes. There will be an angel telling all the people of the world that Jesus is coming. Then, one day you will find that there will be a lot of people missing (the Rapture of those who profess that Jesus is the Savior).
How will you know who the Antichrist is? The Antichrist is an imitator. It says in Revelation that he will appear to have been fatally wounded and then come back to life (like the resurrection of Jesus).
The Antichrist will be the President of the resurrected Roman Empire (look at the European Union). He will sign a peace treaty with Israel and Arabs.
The Antichrist will be the leader of a global world government and there will be one religion throughout the world.
In order for anyone to receive food or services, he will require them to worship him and take a mark (the mark of the beast, 666, maybe in barcode? microchip? who knows.).
The Holy Trinity (Father, Son, and Holy Spirit) is represented by the numbers 777. Satan, being an imitator, goes by 666, his unholy trinity representing the Dragon, Beast, and False prophet (that serves the beast).

The bible tells us things about the anti christ and Christ return that would allow us to determine. First the antichrist will sign a 7 year peace pact with Israel. The so if that person claims to be Christ, it is a lie. Chris will return 7 horrible years later and defeat that person. So if I am here, and following the tenets of my faith I shouldn't be, I will know the person who defeats the horrible vile imposter who has been ruling the world for 7 years is Christ. However the bible does say that every knee will bow and every mouth will confess when Christ returns, so it must be something that is going to be obvious. Also it says Christ will return, not that He will be born on earth again, so if there is evidence that they were born, they have a mother, were once a child, not Christ.
Hope this is what you were looking for.
Note to Kitty. I have to say I am not a GW Bush fan either, but COME ON. He has never claimed to be a Messiah. And there are 12 nation of OPEC. Seriously.

Jesus will come like a theif in the night. He will take all who are saved in Him off the earth and go to heaven. The Antichrist will claim to be Jesus by making peace throughout all the nations (like the Prince of peace). And 3 and a half years later, he will come out as the Antichrist, no longer pretending to be Christ, and will devour, destroy, kill, prosecute, torture all who believed that he was the real Christ. and then when the 7 years of tribulation are over, Christ will come back on earth, the greatest battle of all time will take place in Jerusalem (Armageddon), then the beast will be locked up in hell for 1000 years. Christ will rule on the earth again as the rightful king for 1000 years. then when those years are up, satan will be released again, and all those who followed him will by thrown into the lake of fire forever for not believing in the right Christ/God.

Well, you must go back to scripture for that answer...
The anti-Christ is coming to power here on earth, coming from the area of Europe. He will come to power and seize that power through both diplomatic and military means. He will go to the Temple in Jerusalem, and defile the Temple. He will demand to be worshipped, etc. It's all in the prophecies.
When a person sees this man doing all the things prophecied in scripture, you will know, without a doubt that it is the anti-Christ.
Jesus will come down to rapture His church. ( 1 Thes 4 ) and then He will descend with an entire army behind Him in the last days. You will definitely know it's Jesus!

The anti-christ will come first. It's already been decided.
And he'll be accompanied by lying signs, and wonders in the heavens.
But he won't be able to transform everyone's mortal bodies into glorified ones, and he won't be able to resurrect from the dead, everyone who ever lived, and he won't be able to stop the horrific end times tribulations.
Here's an easy test:
If there's an attractive, very charismatic world leader sitting in a church or a temple and claiming to be God, and performing genuine miracles, just PINCH yourself REALLY, REALLY HARD!
If it hurts, or draws blood, you're still in your mortal flesh, he's a fake, and you were being led astray.
If it doesn't hurt, than it's probably the real Christ. You're likely already in your glorified resurrection body, surrounded by a huge cloud of the resurrected souls from all the other ages, and judgment is at hand.

Jesus and believers have the Holy Spirit.
Antichrist does not.
A true believer will know the difference.
Its like trying to describe a rainbow to a blind person.

We will know it's Jesus because He's going to catch us up to the sky to meet Him. (1 Thess. 4:16-18)
After the true Christians are removed, the Anti-Christ rises to power on Earth. Then, after seven years of "Hell on Earth", we will return with the LORD to rule with him.( Rev,. 19:11-14)

The anti-Christ is not just a single individual, but is any person or organisation that blatantly opposes Jesus, both in word and deed.
It is seen very clearly on this site every day.
There is simply no mistaking the attitude.
Some even claim to worship God but their failure to fully comply with Jesus' commandments identifies them as the said anti-Christ.
(Matthew 7:21-23) “Not everyone saying to me, ‘Lord, Lord,’ will enter into the kingdom of the heavens, but the one doing the will of my Father who is in the heavens will. 22Â Many will say to me in that day, ‘Lord, Lord, did we not prophesy in your name, and expel demons in your name, and perform many powerful works in your name?’ 23Â And yet then I will confess to them: I never knew YOU! Get away from me, YOU workers of lawlessness.
