Various phone services by her Telecom (PTCL) have also been disposed off. These include operator assisted enquiry, trunk call booking, international call booking etc. The reasons being easy availability and usage of phone cards, mobile phones, emails, web portals, call centers etc.

People are using courier services like TCS, OCS etc. for delivering various messages and gifts on occasions like marriages, birthdays etc.

go through the local bsnl or mtnl telephone directory of ure city.
u will have to search for the telegraf or phonogram no. it may be a three digit no. call that no. they may ask ure no and will call u back. give in all complete details of the addresse and ask him to put the the standard message for best wishes for the marriage and blessings and luck to the couple. and its done dear. u will be charged in ure phone bill for the same.
