The second line is in portuguese and the rest is in spanish

The first part I can't even guess at, "hey!! oguenki desuka??" It appears to be a salutation similar to "How are you?" but I can't identify the language.
The second line could be Portuguese or poorly spelled Spanish, "Grateful because you added me to your list of friends." Note: "obligado" literally means: 'obligated,' but it doesn't convey the same meaning here, so "grateful" is more accurate.
The third lines I recognize as Spanish. It should be written like this: "¿En verdad, tu sabes tantos idomas? Si es asi, te admiro mucho... porque yo con solo el español, me complico un poco" The first part is a question: "Is it true that you know so many (different) languages? If this is so, I admire you very much... because I, only with Spanish, find myself overwhelmed." The word 'complico' actually translates into "complicated," but in the full context of the sentence, as it is worded, "overwhelmed" is more accurate.
The rest is pretty much the closing in Tex/Mex or Cal/Mex (a regionalism created by mixing English words with Spanish):
"I hope you are well; write to me again (one day); please take a lot of care (or please take good care); kisses and bye."

"oguenki desuka" looks very similar to "How are you???" in Japanese. By similar, I mean, "ogenki desuka" is "How are you???". Hope this helps.
