I kinda like this girl and in 2 days, theres a Valentines dance. She's already kind of my friend and I think she MIGHT kinda like me back. She's hardly ever alone and its wierd when her friends are all around. How should I ask w/o offending, bein too lovey dovey, or sounding like a dork? Any help soon would be REALLY appreciated!

If you are friends with the girl then tell her your not going with anyone and that it would be nice to go with someone that you could have fun with, don't try to make a big deal about it when asking. if she does say yes then get her a little corny gift so you can both have a giggle about it but also show that you were looking forward to going with her,

if she's already kind of your friend, then just simply ask her and maybe get her a rose (roses are kinda cliche now, maybe daisies or lilies or something).
she has to be alone sometime so catch her walking to another class or just simply ask her if you could talk to her alone.
Be simple and straight to the point, but not too serious (so flowers will be good).
First pretend you're asking her to the dance as a Friend.
if she says yes, try testing the waters.
Assuming it's a high school dance, the lights will be very dark or completely off so hold her hand. If she doesn't say anything and keeps holding your hand, good for you. If she says "wtf are you doing" then be like "idk it's dark and i don't wanna lose you cause it'd be VERY hard to find someone in here."
Then try like a kiss on the cheek or something.
good luck

Do not text her, do not write her. Do pull her aside. Simply ask her if you can speak to her for a moment. Then ask her if she would like to go to the dance with you. I know it feels hard. Let it feel hard and do it anyway. It's very important that you do things that are a little uncomfortable and that you continue to do them. Sometimes they will turn out OK and sometimes they won't. The best things in your life will be a little risky. The wonderful things will be a lot risky. Start doing them now and don't stop.

text her and ask her if she wants to go to the dance...how hard is that? If she lacks a cell phone...which I doubt but it could happen...then try to get her off to the side for a minute or two...then ask her...but dude don't try to ask her in front of her friends, what if you bomb out? Glad you thought of that huh? make it a little thing like it's no big deal, even if you have to tap her on the shoulder during class or something, just kind of toss it out there in a private way and don't push for a yes...cool?

if you are confident enough that the girl likes you, it shouldn't matter if you ask her in front of her friends. i think it is more challenging and sweet some way. you are showing that you are really serious about taking her out. good luck... but also be sure you ask in a nice way. dont you dare approach her if you are nervous or feeling sick, okay? good luck!

If she is your friend then ask her to the dance as your friend, and if she says yes wait til after the dance to tell her how you feel about her or ask her she feels about you.

well just ask her to dance first. Then while your dancing ask her our to the movies with you another time or something. If she doesn't come and dance with you, just keep asking her...she'll dance with you eventually :)
