my teacher made a shirt for me and he placed that qoute there and i don't know what it means..can anyone translate it for me..thanks.

I guess yr teacher made a mistake.... the well known Latin saying is "Tempora mutantur et nos mutamur in illis" that's "The times are changed, and we are changed in them."
I don't think he would mean something different....!!!

You have an extra "i" wrongly at the end of "mutanturi".

"Tempora mutantur, et nos mutamur in illis"
= (literally) the times are being changed, and we are being changed during them.
= (usually) the times change, and we change with them.

Not sure, but it seems to mean:
The time transforms us and we transform in those.
