many languages i've dealt with use puncutation marks. however, languages written in a different script (runic, Hireoglphics, Kanji) use completely different sorts of punctuation marks, or very basic ones. for example, some forms of runic use a period after every word, to denote the word has ended and you the next word is beginning. thatwayyoudonthaveascrollofscriptlikethis.
however there are hundreds of languages on the planet. i couldn't begin to speak for all of them. i only speak about ten.
