Saranghaeyo (사랑해요) is one word. If you split it up, each part means.. Sarang (사랑) = Love Hae (해) - to do an action Yo (요) - a polite ending for verbs that isn't really translatable to English. It can even be dropped in casual speech and "saranghae" can be used alone. In Korean, if both the subject and object are understood, they don't need to be spoken, hence the lack of an "I" or a "you" in the phrase. :)
