We are Indian & we all know about YOGA very well. So what are u waiting for, go for YOGA it is the best way to develop mental & Physical skills. Its my own experince. Just Do it.

believe in urself - think positively and practice being a good human.
and exercise daily - walk or jog etc. - it'll develope ur physical as well as ur mental health.
