People have given you the numerals, but the problem is, the Romans didn't give dates that way.

The Romans gave the date in the month as it related to one of three key dates: the Calends (first of the month), Nones (ninth) and Ides (the 13th or 15th), and counted back wards from this.

Secondly, the Roman year began in April, not January.

Finally, the Romans did not use the Christian Era for counting years, but counted dates from the Founding of Rome(ab Urbe condita): April 21, 753 BC, in common terms

For example, (assuming you gave you birthday in DMY format), you would write: a.d. V N. Septembris, 2741 AUC (Five days before the Nones of September, (year) 2471 since the founding of the City).
