I have a neighbor who is LOW CLASS, TRASH, LOW LIFE, and has monster trucks, has tattoos and every other word coming from his mouth is an "F" word. He has tried to argue with me a couple of times and now I completely ignore him. His kids and him are doing lame things like leaving stupid notes on my car, breaking my front lawn sprinkler system, etc..etc...

He probably has irritated the other neighbors as well. Talk to them and work up a list of instances you can document. Then call the police to one of the houses and make it clear to them you have a neighborhood bully so when the doo doo hits the fan they will have been well informed as to who the real culprit is.
Save the notes. They should be some kind of proof as to who wrote them. People like that are usually too dumb to fake their writing because they don't think you'll ever do anything about them.
You have my sympathy. Bad neighbors can make your life miserable. But maybe you didn't get off on the right foot because of his foul mouth. I too would find it hard to feel good about a neighbor like that but would attempt to avoid an argument because people like that are not the kind you can usually reason with. You can only hold your head up and try to be the good example.
I know because I had neighbors like that once. One neighbor got in trouble for shooting at the someone who was throwing rocks at his dogs. (He only used a pellet gun) Several of us started calling the cops two or three times a week on them and they finally moved away. They were renting. Pity the poor folks they moved next to.

I know how you feel. I used to live in the middle of a slum myself, so I know that kind of person well. Let me tell you, there is no reasoning with people like that, first because they are too hot-tempered to listen, too inconsiderate to care, and too dumb to understand anyway. Plus, they are too violent and unpredictable to upset anyway, considering that they think nothing is ever their problem and always someone else's. There is a good reason ( several of them, in fact ) why they call it "white trash".
Since the law doesn't care too much about the happenings among poor people, and since you technically can't "proove" anything to the police, all you can do is save your money and move, one day. Getting the hell out of the slum is the only real solution. .... Or, if you are in a middle class neighborhood, moving is still the only realistic option.
You could try getting others in the neiborhood to sign a petition, and anonymously mail it to that guy, but you probably wouldn't be able to get their cooperation, plus that guy probably still wouldn't care anyway, seeing as how white trash scum like him never have a conscience.
I know that isn't what you wanted to hear. Yes it would be nice to stay because of pride, and the satisfaction of not letting some white trash scumbag run you out, but sometimes there are things more important. I learned that lesson well.
Which is more important to you, your pride, or your sanity? For me it was my sanity.
You can set up a camera to keep watch on your yard, in case he or his kids do anything again, so you will have proof on videotape. But don't let them catch you setting it up, or else they won't do anything that you'll have proof for. Out-smarting scum like that isn't hard, if you're creative.
Truth be known, guys like that don't even have any business having kids. But unfortunately, ANYONE is allowed to have kids. I can only imagine how ugly and white-trashy the woman is who was desperate enough to make it with that guy.
In the meantime, while that guy is working at his minimum-wage loser job, you can at least hope that he does something to get fired and lose his house to the bank, or do something stupid and get put it jail.

Save the notes, set up a security camera for your property. Take evidence to the police and press charges for threats, property damage. Or get a big mean dog.

speak to your other neighbours about this,mention how and what the deal is,make this person feel like they are the one who stands alone.Then file a counsel complaint with adjoining neighbours about anything that you can,this should work.Otherwise throw a huge party outside,lock up your house and call all the young and old party goers,hope that your trash neighbour joins the party,then become friends,anything is better than a enemy for a neighbour.GOOD LUCK.

ignore him. build your case. you need witnesses and evidence and you can file charges against him for harassment, property damage, violating noise ordinances, etc. in criminal and civil court. If he or his family members is/are threatening or hashave hurt you or your property you need to contact the police. If you can afford to, check in with a lawyer. Get a guard dog, weapon, security camera. If you can afford to, consider moving...
