Eat grapes. I saw on telly a couple of years ago that grapes are a natural anti-depressant, the feel-good food so to speak. I was sceptical and didn't think it was at all true. But one night I was feeling really really down, and for some reason ended up with a bunch of grapes in my hands and absently I started eating them, and within a little while I really was feeling much better. I notice I really do feel much better when I eat grapes, and I never even believed it. Try it you never know. Just get out and make a conscious effort to do a few things each day that you enjoy, get up and about, a bit of light exercise, eat healthy light foods, detox ur system and u should be feeling better in no time, and never stop telling urself that u are both beautiful and worthy, sounds corny but it helped me.

Call your doctor's office and tell them you cannot afford your medication. They may be able to give you some to hold you over until you can pay for it, or set you up with the drug manufacturer to get it totally free if your income is low enough. Alternatively, the doctor may be able to prescribe a cheaper medicine that you can afford. It is very unhealthy to stop your medication all of a sudden.

Yes , i would like to know if you just quit taking it without tapering off of it. Cause if you did not taper off of it, the feelings that you are having could become even more worse. You need to get in touch with the doctor who gave you the medication, and , usually they can get you medication free through the companys that make it, a lot of the companies do that now. I know people that can not affort it, and for about ten years she has been getting her meds for over 10 years, for depression. So if you just quit without tapering off then you are having with drawals, and it can make you 3-4 times worse then you were taking them, you just can not quit taking and anti depressive, cause they will really make you worse, and that is proably what is happening to you.

Your body probably has to adjust to working on its own without medication...get plenty of fresh air and some exercise ...make sure you are eating a balanced died with fresh foods....remember its OK to have ups and downs in life...drugs are way over prescribed in this country...they keep the Dr.s and drug companies in business...Wow how the heck did we survive before the invention of all these drugs...you can do it

This happened to me too! I have been curing myself since I've been off. You can basically keep your self busy and sometimes learn how to cope with problems on your own, for instance like me. Sometimes I have to accept that it's the way things go sometimes or etc. You have to learn how to accept certain things such as changes. I will make you a stronger person.

Sometimes doctors will supply samples for their patients who can't afford their medicine. Also the drug companies help people who can't afford their medicine. Just type in free drug programs and you will get the information you need.
