I think it would depends on your airlines, Is it nonstop? did you asked the airlines? Maybe asking them is a better way to get accurate information.

Depending on your Airline for Individual Country's, but if you are Flying Direct you would normally go across Europe then over the Middle East, Across India through to Thailand.
Average Time around 11 Hours and 40 Minutes.

If it's direct, and follows the great circle route closely, then it would be UK, Germany, Poland, Russia, Tajikistan, Tibet/China, Myanmar, Thailand. But even the direct airlines have different routings, particularly in the Himalayan area.
If you have an indirect flight then it's anybody's guess where you fly.

You can fly overland through Europe and Middle East through to India and landing in Thailand, or the water route, longer, across the Atlantic, cross the America, Pacific Ocean and reach Thailand.

Ive done the direct route and a connection one via Dubai. the direct pretty much followed the same flight path,
as i remember it was something like this but i migth and prob am wrong
england, Belgium,Germany, cz rep, slov, romainia, dead sea (maybe), turkey, jordan, Saudi, UAE landing in Dubai....not alot of interest apart from the mountains in Saudi, which i have to say are stunning.
Then took off from Dubai, lots of sea, then india, then sea, then burma, then thailand.
Not alot of interest in this flight either apart from Dubai, stunning city.
Alot of planes on this route have the cameras on them so you can see where you are in the world on a map, and have cameras pointing forward and under u, makes it alittle bit more interesting i though.
Dubai i though was the most interesting to fly over

As one steward told me should we crash, "we are flying over all the countries where our bodies will be picked clean before help could arrive."
One plus. The flight's so long you can get drunk and sober up twice before you land!
