I was a big boy (meaning fat) my whole life. Over the past 6 months I have dropped 50 pounds and really want a 6 pack. The 4 pack is defined but cant get the lower 2 to pop. It is just a ball of fat. Is there anyway to get rid of that? Do I need lipo? SUGGESTIONS PLEASE!!!!!!!

Do you already have a good amount of cardio exercises to your daily routine? If not, be sure to do so.

Also, try this exercise: Lie on your back with your legs extended. Lift your legs (without bending them) 2-3 feet off of the ground, then lower them. Repeat. Try to hold it at the top for a couple of seconds, and also try NOT to let your heels touch the ground when you lower your legs back down.

Umm...all those that have given suggestions up are for toning ur lower abs ... not for ripping them.... for lower ab packs u have to sweat it .... u have to do the leg raises all right but while ur hanging from a pull up bar u have to do it slow and steady should not swing it but should feel the contraction

and u need less than 7 % body fat .... u need to diet go on a all protien diet with carbo taken only along with ur protien shake ..... remember ... protiens won't get absorbed if u don't have enough carbo so alwayz take a shake which has both or which incorporate nitro

Do leg lifts. Lay on back and lift leg. 15 times until you get stronger. Really works. Also drink apple cider vinegar and water when you feel the need to snack. Has 93 vitamiins and minerals. Take 2 tbls. acv in an 8 oz. glass of water 2 times a day or whenever hungry. Controls hunger. Take a ballet class. Ballet really makes you strong and fit.

some people can never get rid of the flab unerneath the belly as it is beligerent. why detract from your natural four pack with 2 that are ill achieved.

If you have muscle definition, but flab on one area, you probably need lipo. I don't know unless I see you though.

Keep excercising. Cardio is good and side crunches.
