If a person believes in what the Bible says, they could put the same answer into slightly different words, even their own words, but the answer would be the same.
Any other answer would be pure speculation and just one person's opinion.
The way the Bible is written, the words cannot be improved upon.
(2 Timothy 3:16-17) All Scripture is inspired of God and beneficial for teaching, for reproving, for setting things straight, for disciplining in righteousness, 17 that the man of God may be fully competent, completely equipped for every good work.

I couldn't put it better myself!

That's a over-generalisation!

Though SOME Christians do that (which in itself is nothing wrong so long as the verses answers your questions), many do not. Verses from the Bible are used to let the reader know that the Christian is not plucking answers from thin air or just airing his own opinions. We try to ground our answers in accordance with what the Bible teaches.

It depends on what you're asking for. If you're asking about why they are down on homosexuals, you're asking for Biblical quotes. Those who have differening opinions will not quote but tell you straight out.
