if youre using software like turbotax, it will ask you for this information.

otherwise, look on the front of Form 1040. towards the bottom of page 2, theres space for you to check what type of account you have (i.e. savings, checking). you will need to provide the routing number and account number. if you have a blank check, you can find this info on the bottom of the check. the first 9 numbers on the bottom left are the routing number. after that is the account number. all the way on the right is the check number, which you dont need.

if youre asking where you can physically set up an account, go to any bank and open an account.

You can use whatever american bank account you already own. If you don't have any yet, then go to any bank and open a free checking or savings account. When you file your taxes, they will ask you for your account number and your bank's routing number for direct deposit purposes. Write down the information of your new bank account, or exisiting bank account and the IRS will deposit your refund there.
