Some are, some aren't. Some will still have a shelf life beyond the expiriation, though they may have a diminish potency. Others may loose all of their poisonous qualities.
The same is true with medications. For example, my percocet (oxycotin) that I got after surgery expired pretty much 100% by the expiriation date and did NOTHING for a killer headache I had just the month after they expired. My uncle doctor told me this is very true with this drug, while others will continue to be effective years after they expire. (I know that is a medication, but the chemical principles are the same.)
So, I guess it just depends.

i think there is no expiration in poison. even a thing that has an expiration date when it expires and you take it you will be poisoned.

well probably! i mean if something(besides poison) can be dangerous if they get expired so i guess an expired poison can be more poisonous! thats all! hope it can help you!!!

i'd trust so...even as issues have an expiration date it signifies that the chemical has taken on a diverse substance and may result into something that its not created to do. Too humorous...

double the poisoness lol umm no.. well id say probably still poisonous butt doesnt do its job(what the poison is meant for) as well as it should. sooo its still poisonouss aaha.
