I go to the gym everyday. Its my college's gym and so I need a lot of visits so I can get my units. But mainly its because I want to start losing some weight but gaining a bigger body and get stronger.
The losing weight part is covered...I run for 15-20 everyday.
Now my main goal is to build up my arms, chests, and shoulders.
I was hoping there would be a noticable change in my upper body by summer.
Ive already been going to the gym every weekday for 3 weeks, but I was basically just overtraining myself and I think ive already reached a plateau.
So I ask you. Do you know of any websites that provide pre-made full body workout plans? My workout days are Mon-Fri and my visits usually lasts 2 hours but sometimes 1h30m.
And if you have a good weekly workout plan yourself, please email me at ooxhatakillaxoo@yahoo.com

1.5 - 2 hours way too long to be in gym. I would split your workouts to include each body part only once per week. Mon. chest and tris, Tue. Back and bis, Wed. Legs, Thurs or Fri. Shoulders and Calves. Try to limit your workouts to around an hour. Have a plan and get in, get out, and most importantly make sure you are getting plenty of quality protein and rest. All the working out is a waste without the proper nutrition.

Just ask any of the guys on the football team or the coach and gets their schedule. Many of the guys at my gym use college sport schedules.
