None..people say things out of anger all the time with no real meaning behind it. I recall telling my mom that I hated her and wished she wasn't my mom...when I has 12. Now I'm a healthy mom myself and I love my mom! If anything thing it's an indicator of immaturity. :)

Tru Confession (Disney Channel Original Movie) is about a girl with a brother with Downs Syndrome Read it and Weep (another Disney Channel Original Movie - though it sucks) is about a Schizophrenic girl. In The Hunchback of Notre Dame, both Claude Frollo and Quasimodo suffer from hallucinations . Pleakly from Lilo and Stitch has a lot of obsessive compulsive qualities.

It sounds like obsessive-compulsive disorder to me.
OCD people has a tendency to threat you, which is something that I have at times. It's sort of like a Stewie Griffith mentality. It's is kind of like this.
Felicia: I told you that you are putting too much ink in the copy machine.
John: No it isn't?!! I am putting it according to the instructions.
Felicia: How many times have I put ink in that copy machine? It never broke once or made a spill once since I did it last time.
John: NO!! YOU'RE WRONG!!! YOU HAVE TO DO IT ACCORDING TO THE INSTRUCTIONS FELICIA!!
Felicia: Well, FFFFFFINE!!!! Let me DO IT!!
John: FELICIA, DON'T SHOVE ME!!!
Felicia: Commenting in a low breath.
Well John.. I hope that when you get married and when you do, I hope a terrible SINGER will sing at your WEDDING!
That is in the same order in "I hope they torture you" mentality. Some people are programmed to be obsessive compulsive by their authorities, parents, or higher ups, it is the mind of those who want to take control of the world with their anger.

sounds like it could wear several different labels: borderline disorder, narcissism, many of the different sociopathic/psychopathic conduct disorders... or just plain mean and thoughtless and abusive, such as is common among spousal abusers (and would they ever like their irresponsible and unconscionable behaviour to be written off as a "mental illness"!)

Why do we have to place everyone into a disorder category?
This statement doesnt necessarily imply that a person has a psy. disorder. If it is taken out of a whole conversation it may mean a number of things.
What you need to also know is what was this person connecting his/her statement to?
