The love of my life and my ex-boyrfriend is sleeping in my bed right now. He has a girlfriend that is out of town. We drank too much tonight and he has passed out in my bed. I love him more than words. I don't know if we'll ever get back together tho. But that's beside the point....
Should I sleep on the couch or go climb in next to him??

ps---I wouldn't...WE wouldn't DO anything...sexually I mean or anything...no "fooling around"....it's just....we were/are best friends. We have been sleeping together (with what that implies and without what it implies) for 7 years. I just miss feeling him next to me....innocent enough?

If he has a girlfriend then you need to respect her and sleep on the couch. If your feelings are so strong that you know that you will be tempted, do NOT go to bed with him.
It could end up two ways-
1- He falls in love with you, dumps her and you live happily ever after.
2- He gets upset that you went to bed with him when you knew he was drunk, you fool around and he ends up hating you forever because you made him cheat on his girlfriend (even though he did make the decision, everyone pulls that one- the "I was drunk, they made me!")
You need to consider if you are willing to lose him as a friend and altogether or if you are willing to take the risk of going for it.

Take the couch. You'll only hurt yourself if you climb in bed next to him, and you may even lose his friendhsip.
By the way, if his girlfriend is out of town and he's sleeping in his ex girlfriend's bed, he's an idiot. you can do better. How would you feel if you were his g/f and he was sleeping in another woman's bed?

Sleep on the couch. You should have never brought him to your bed, especially if he has a girlfriend. What if it were the other way around? Love of your life? You don't love him...you are infatuated. If you really loved him you would have never allowed him to your bed...especially if he has a girlfriend. Ex-boyfriend? Why is he an ex?

Sleep on the couch, out of respect for his girlfriend. Maybe she wouldn't be happy if she found out you two had shared a bed...

Sleep on the couch and when he wakes up in the morning or whenever, you can tell him that you loved him too much to sleep with him last night.

I'm an old Geezer. I believe that he chose Drinking over you. He wanted to make it with alcohol. Over you. You need to see that he's only wanting someone to be with. And you're too Beautiful to be used. Look at giving yourself some Respect. `Cause he ain't offering any. Love & Peace

When you sober up and look in the mirror tomorrow morning do you want to be looking at the face who slept with her ex or the face of someone who didn't.
In your heart of hearts you know what you should do............
