Does anyone know what city this picture is taken from?

Saw this pic in a Sky Vodka Ad that I got via email and I'm in love with the pic and I want to get it blow up and put into our bedroom. We used to have the NYC skyline (wallpapered) but we just had to cut thru the sheetrock and wallpaper to get to the bathroom plumbing! OY!...HELP!

*** I would love it to be hartford, CT....I live in CT too....and it's my personal myspace page....not a guys...why would a guys page have girly things on it??? I wouldn't be asking if I knew. Thanks everyone for your HELP! :)
