Yeah, join a church group althought that would be joining for the wrong reasons, but there are a lot good people at church and lot of single women too who join for the same reason if they never admit it. Orrrr volunteer somewhere orrrr join some kind of club or group or organization. Good Luck there are plenty of places to socialize and meet people.

You can ment anyone anywhere, not only at a night club or at a bar or whatever. you can met someone on the streets. the bus station, the super market. Dont push your self to meet someone, but if u see someone u might like to get to know. just talk to them, watch them first to make sure they dont have a family

Oooh i'm the same way - just ask your friends to introduce you to more of their friends - get in touch with the "friend connectiion" - people who know people who know people. Meet them at get togethers - or get a bunch of people to watch a movie, meets at a coffeehouse and talk. Maybe in your classes, get to know people in your study groups and start from there. There's tons of people out there you can get to know without doing the whole "nightlife" thing - i've managed to do it and it's been great - good luck to you!

Online dating. It's a tedious process, and I'd suggest you develop a battery of screening questions. Not necessarily to "survey" a potential date right away, but to trickle in through your initial email correspondences. This way, you'll most likely either scare off the losers or their eliminate themselves from your potential dating pool with wrong answers before you meet them.

Oh I TOTALLY know what you mean. I do not do clubs. It is just not my scene. I would advise going to church functions, joining a gym, and looking into classes offered through your city's parks & rec department.

If you're of the Christian faith, you can try church events. If you're not a church kind of person, try signing up for some classes at your local community college; those places are usually infested with girls.

there are dozens of places you can go to meet people......coffee shops, poet cafes, bookstores and the list goes on....it all depends on the type of people you are looking for......church is not the only option.
