When acknowledging the photo somebody has sent me what is better of saying it -

Thank you for sending me your photos
or
Thank you for your photos.

Or, is there a better of way of acknowledging it?

Either sounds fine. Except, I'd say "the" photos -- because they were "yours" but now they are "mine," right?

Even better:
Thanks for sending me those photos from the farewell party. They brought back a lot of good memories!

Exception: they are art photos -- so even though the photos belong to you, you would give credit to your friend for taking them.

Thank you for sending me your photos of Iceland. I never knew the country could be so green and beautiful.

Both are just fine. The first one sounds more proper. Use the first one.
