I would ask to see his medical license - which he should have in his wallet if he is legit. If he's lying I'd toss my drink in his face and say "here's a douche for you, douchebag!"

I think I would be a little like "You do what?"
My daughter started her period at an early age and so I took her to a gynecologist as she was having some issues. She came out of the appointment, got in the car and said, "How can his wife let him do that for a living?!" Then she folded her arms across her chest and slid down in the seat all mad!
I think it would be hard to think of being with someone who looked at other women all day.

I wouldn't think that he was a jerk but if I got into a relationship with him or had sex with him I would be so nervous because I would imagine that he would be comparing me.
I often wonder what male gynecologists think when they go down on girls. I mean, do they judge them? Do an unconscious exam? Oh the questions that plague my mind....

I would think he is intelligent, and hard working to be in the field
It wouldn't turn me off him, or I wouldn't reconsider dating him, its a job.
Wouldn't turn me on or off in a sexual manner either.
Actually I have never had a female gynecologist as a consultant or as a surgeon before..?!

Actually I would be impressed, I mean the man does deliver babies. That's kind of sweet. So I would probably like him even more plus he's a dr so he makes some money too.

I doubt a gynecologist would say that to someone he just met...he would probably say "I am a doctor"..and nothing else unless asked.. so if someone said that to someone they just met..I would be suspicious..

It would depend on the guy... the cut of a man's jib is important to a lady and nothing says it better than pheromones.

i've got definitely heard approximately this before. Pregnant women individuals falling in love with their gynocologist. it is not too uncommon. i don't think of it is unusual or stunning, even nevertheless it is variety of weird and wonderful. yet i think of that in case you rather like this guy or woman and he expresses interest in you, i think of you will possibly desire to provide it a attempt.

I would think he was a Dr who loves children.
He could come home from work and say. Honey if I see one more .... I'm going to kill myself! LOL
And if Chris M is right than female OBGYN's are Lesbian? What is up with that stereotyping?!?
