I think my arms are too muscular, I'm 21 yrs old and my arms have always been muscular for the longest time. I just want to tone them down a little, because when I wear tank tops, I think my biceps are too defined and I dont know why because I dont do exercises targeting that area, but I guess due to daily activity I give my arms a good workout. From a young age, I've always had muscular "cuts" on my biceps and I just want to tone my arms down to give it a more feminine look. What do you suggest?

That is just the way you are made. Be thankful really. You are fortunate to not have to work out to get that type of tone. Some people work out vigorously and still don't get that look.

You are beautiful the way you are, accept yourself and I think you'll be much happier!

Pilates and maybe even Yoga.... Pilates is a way to strengthen AND lengthen muscles which causes a nice lean tone look. If you do use any type of training, make sure it is with light weight and low resistance training. Do you swim? This causes arms to bulk up fast.

Give Pilates a try. Borders bookstores sell pilates backage tat start under $30. At home stuff and WELL WORTH IT.

I hope I have helped.

There's nothing wrong with having very toned, somewhat muscular arms. Very healthy--sounds like you keep yourself fit. Don't change a thing!
