um...i think i gost exemema, dos little tiny rashes on your arm could u gest rid of dem suckers?

it doesn't sound like exzema. exzema is a dry, blistering condition, not a red rash. you may have a fungal infection, which often appears as a rash and causes mild to severe itching.
