Except the Japanese Tofu (you can just steam it and serve with floss meat & soy sauce), how about chinese tofu? I got one tofu soup recipe in chinese style with natural sweet & sour taste, you gonna love it.

tofu x up to u
tomato x 2 (you can add more if you like sour)
potato x 2 (peel off skin)
onion x 1 (peel off skin)
red carrot x 1 (peel off skin)
Pork or chicken meat x up to u ( with bone or boneless is up to you too)

Fill a big pot with water, chop all the ingredients into cubes and add in the big pot, bring to boil. When it's boiled, reduce the heat and simmer for 2 hours until all the ingredients are soft except the meat. Remember to add some salt just before serve.

I'd tried to cook this soup without putting any meat when I was on diet, and I found it taste good too.

Have a nice day.

any recipe that uses meat u can sub tofu. so any kind of stir fry. just use the sauces u love, or they have really great sauces and stuff out now u can add. they taste great and are no work!! just look with all the other condiment stuff.....bbq sauces, marinades, etc. u can also use tofu in baking!!!!! i dont have any recipes, but i know tofu is a very versitle product. u can use it in milkshakes and just add chocolate sauce to sweeten it up. but as for using it in cooking......i'd just use it instead of meat. try a tofu lasagna!!

This is my favorite tofu recipe. I hope you will try it.

Tofu Salad

1 (1 lb. 4oz.) block firm tofu, drained and cubed
1 (1 lb.) can salmon or tuna, drained and flaked
1 large tomato, diced
1 small onion, chopped
1/4 c. chopped green onions
2 Tbsp. salad oil
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 c. soy sauce

On a large platter, layer tofu, salmon/tuna, tomato, onion, and green onions. Heat salad oil and garlic for a few minutes; add soy sauce and mix well. Pour dressing over salad; serve immediately. Makes 8 servings.

decrease priced & difficulty-free yet solid, right here you flow. Slice a cube of better organisation tofu into VERY skinny slices. place on non-stick (or Pam sprayed) cooking sheet. Drizzle soy sauce, onion & garlic pwdrs. or any seasonings you opt to style. cook dinner till brown & activate different section. cook dinner till tofu is organisation yet not difficult. it is somewhat solid finger nutrition yet could be served with a meal..
