im 17 my boyfriend is 22, we have been dating for 2months. and everything was great. about 4days ago he told me he loved me and he has NEVER loved anyone (not even his mom... he's had a bad child hood) but all of a suden his web page (myspace) says he is single... and now he does not want me looking in his phone since he bought me my own. and he is starting to "lose" or forget his phone and miss my calls and text alot... he says he loves me and i love him alot but i dono... he used to be my boss (up untill a week ago) and so not many people know we date... so he has alot of female "friends" that like him, and tellhim i want to have sex with you... stuff like that.. i dont want to tell him NO you cant go out and drink with the guys, but i hate to let him go. his friends are all single and looking to hook uo with a girl. i dont think he will cheat on me but at the same time i dont knoe for sure. what should i do... i dont want my insecureities to ruin our relationship. i love him

I had the same problem when I was around your age. I was 18. My boyfriend (now husband) was 25. He could go out drinking with the guys and I couldn't b/c I wasn't old enough. A lot of the issue is trust. Tell him how you feel and let him know what's bothering you. If he loves you, he'll try to find ways to let you know you're important to him. As for the myspace thing: bring it to his attention and ask him for an explanation. No matter what though, you can't worry about other women affecting your relationship. If he loves you then he'll be true to you and it won't matter if other women are making advances on him. Good luck!

He's cheating on you already or will anytime now. Sit back and realize the signs... says he's single on myspace - hello? forgets his cell phone to "miss" your calls.. hello? "says he loves me"... yea, well he's not showing it very well now is he? Anyone can say those two great words ... to get what he wanted from you.
You are young and inexperienced honey, he's 22 and ripping and raring to go.... read the signs and kiss his butt goodbye before he breaks your heart. You sure you "love" this guy?
Dump him... he's not worth it...

I can't tell you why he's acting like this and you will probably never find out the real reason since asking him will most likely lead to him lying. But I can tell you (from experience) that it's not worth it. If someone really cares about you they will show and you will not have to question whether or not he is cheating on you. Keep your head you - you deserve better!

Seriously you need to make this guy sit down and tell him exactly how you feel. No matter how much you love him in the end you deserve to know where you stand. It may end in tears or it may end up making your relationship stronger but at the end of the day you need to know..... see the signs but dont over state them ... there may be nothing going on ... there may be lots going on ... or your b/f may just be confused and may have freaked himself out by telling you that he loves you .... Its a big step to tell anyone you love them ... especially the first time

maybe he scared himself when he said he loves you perhaps he is running from his feelings but either way if things dont get back on track soon dont pursue him it wont be fair or worth it to you in the long run just because someone says they love you doesnt mean they are dedicated or ready for commitment...

Why dont u ask him why it say hes single? Im sorry to say but it really sounds suss how he 'loses' his phone and ****, it really does sound like hes playin u, i think u should talk to him and if he cant answer your q's then dump him.
