does anyone here get hot flashes? I have hypothyroid and I'm on 50mcg of levothyrovine. I also get cold very easily and really tired all the time. same symptoms anyone? Muscle pain?

Hot flashes are generally associated with hyperthyroidism or consumption of too much artificial thyroid hormone.
On the other hand, feeling cold easily is generally associated with hypothyroidism or not getting enough artificial thyroid hormone.
You didn't mention your age or weight. The hot flashes can be caused by hormonal imbalance (perimenopause or menopause). A low body weight can contribute to feeling excessively cold because you don't have the fat stores to "insulate" you.
Please see your physician to determine if your TSH levels are within normal limits. If not, he/she may make an adjustment to your dosage.

My face used to feel really warm on Levoxyl. If you are still having the same symptoms you had before you started thyroid meds, then you either aren't on enough thyroid medication or you need a thyroid med that is T4 & T3. Currently you are on a T4 med.

I take 75mcg. When I first started on levothyrovine I was taking 50 after 1 month my Dr. re-tested my blood and said he had to increase the dose but before he did I still had all those symptoms. Point being, you might want to go get your blood tested again.

you may be getting the wrong dosage. tell your dr about the problem. i take levothyroxine but only 10, not 50.
