He's tried at least twice and was rejected both times (the Garden of Eden and the First Coming).
Besides, that would eliminate the need for faith, now wouldn't it?
Blessings.
(Not to mention, most people wouldn't believe it even WITH their own eyes.)

The reflection of God's face is all around us-- just look at the beauty of the mountains, oceans, flowers, children, animals and on and on.
It has been well explained by those who claim to have seen God himself that they cannot handle the pure brightness of his love, grace and might. Those who were exposed to that, died.
If faith were easy, eveyone would have it-- then what worth would it have? There is a leap of heart that all believers have to make to get there-- the point callled faith.
SOmeone one said,"Its harder to believe than not to."
And the big one, there are reasons the chosen are few.

God has shown His face through His Son.
Jesus is God in flesh (John 1:1,14). He is fully God and fully man (Col. 2:9) thus, He has two natures: God and man. He is not half God and half man. He is 100% God and 100% man. He never lost his divinity. He existed in the form of God and when He became a man.

God didn't show his face to Moses, instead appeared in a burning bush so he could convey his message to Moses.
God is so so so POWERFUL that if shows His face, we will all drop dead! We will not be able to handle His Glory!
And God said unto Moses, I AM THAT I AM: and he said, Thus shalt thou say unto the children of Israel, I AM hath sent me unto you. (Ponder for a moment there please the meaning of I AM THAT I AM. It's beyond description)
Can u imagine that the powerful God who spoke everything into existence (except man), came down to our level ...walked on earth, ate, slept and all that & at the same time performed astounding miracles.....wow... what great LOVE He has for us that He had to shed blood as an atonement for our sins.....for without the shedding of blood, there is no forgiveness of sin! JESUS IS GOD! we didnt see him face to face but multitudes back then did! They walked with Him ....ate with Him but never knew Him........so sad. That's y the Bible quotes that His own people knew Him not.......
Jesus told Thomas that Thomas believes becuz he sees but blessed are those that have not seen me but yet believe....greater is their reward in the Kingdom of Heaven!........
I believe that Jesus is God & I got baptised in His name (Jesus) in water immersion.....received the Holy Ghost speaking in other tongue as the evidence and I will tell the entire world that Jesus is God and His second coming is soon....
Do NOT leave earth without Jesus! I beg u....

No man can look upon the face of God the Father and live. His Glory is too much for us to handle. We wouldn't be able to handle such perfection.

If the world can't even handle the truth, what makes you think they could handle seeing God's face ? Seriously. One day some one asked Jesus what the " Father looked like ". Jesus simply said, "If you have seen me ,you have seen the father". swindled

1. We wouldn't be able to look at it due to it's glory. 2. You can see His face (in a manner of speaking) in creation/nature 3.He did. In the person/God of Jesus Christ..

you could not look upon the countenance of God for His Glory would blind you.
very few people have a clue about how great and almighty our Creator God is.
most folks think of Him as that old man with the white beard, so often pictured by human artists.
just wait.

He spoke directly to the children of Israel once. They were so terrified they asked Him never to do that again.
