No kidney infections will never lead to prostate cancer but be careful drink plenty of water and consume less protien food because chances of you getting a kidney failure is very high.

you look like a woman so you yourself would not get prostate cancer since you don't have a prostate...
if your recurring kidney infections are due to excess toxins in your kidneys and bladder, you might want to go to see a traditional chinese medicine specialist (TCM). I had the most success with that sort of treatment.
