I know very well that all the translations from Latin to English of the famous Julius Caesar saying "veni, vidi, vici" are reading "I came, I saw, I conquered" but 'vici' is the Latin perfect tense of the verb "vinco, vincis, vici, victum, vincere" and it's translating the English verb 'to win'.
'I conquered' in Latin would be 'cepi' (from the verb 'capio-capi- cepi- captum - capere'). If instead you mean the adjective 'conquered' it would be "captum"

In the way yr question is posted it seems to me that you are asking the Latin for the adjective 'conquered' and not for the verb in the simple past tense 'I conquered'.
In any case you've got my answer for yr considerations.

The Latin verb for 'conquer' is:

vinco, vincere, vici, victus

'Vici' is 'I conquered'
The past participle 'victus' means 'conquered', and that would be the form to use as an adjective.

Remember that in Latin the word endings change depending on the word modified and that word's use in a sentence. 'Victus' is only for masculine in nominative (subject) case.

'Captum' would be more like 'capture, seize, grasp' (English word 'capture'), and it is for neuter words in nominative or direct objects, neuter or masculine.
