wax is supposed to be out so if you have ringing it's not because your ear needs the wax
make sure that all the water she used has been flushed out of your ear. similar to when you swim. having water in your ear can throw off your balance cauzing dizziness.
most dizziness issues are from the inner ear.
ringing can be from being exposed to loud noises or lots of pressure.
your ear can be flushed with steam and by warming the wax with a method called candeling. it's kin of what it sounds like. warming the wax so it's liquid and runs out eaisly. the water may still be logged and causing you discomfort. you may want to tilt you head to one side and shake and see if you can get it to pop a potential air pocket caused by water. or go back to your doc

In tinnitus, the sounds a person hears are actually perceptions. Since there's no actual source, they are often referred to as "phantom noises". I read that about 8% of all people in the US suffer from tinnitus so you are not the only one who hears these strange noises.
Tinnitus is actually not a disease. It is actually a symptom of a problem that is rooted deep, somewhere within your body. The problem could be a simple one like an infection in the ear, or even simpler, such as ear wax. Just clear the wax and get the infection treated, and the noises could go away. In some people, it could even be the result of a side-effect of a drug they took. Or it could be more complicated.
If you want to know more about this condition and wnat to learn how to solve naturally your problems with these annoying noises you should read this ebook: http://tinnitus.toptips.org
It helped me a lot.

ive had a similar problem in the past. could be you have an inner ear infection. Did you doctor look into your ear again after the nurse cleaned it? the wax may have been blocking his vision into the inner ear. might want to give them a call back to be safe, especially if you are dizzy. ear problems can definately cause dizzyness but so could more serious things so you should be checked out more thoroughly

This is because of the wax that you had and had removed. Hopefully the ringing will subside soon but sometimes ringing in the ears can be permanent. This is called tinnitus. The dizziness is from having the wax removed.

I was told that your ears ring if somebody is talking about you. And if you can guess who that person is, they stop ringing.
