Since we are planning to have a baby and he told me before to marry me but in the right time because we do have alot of papers to change esp. our status... what should i do?

My mother asked my father, and they ended up being married 34 years, until he died. So you certainly can.
Get married before the baby comes! Having a lot of papers to file is a poor excuse for not getting married.

Of course it is ok to ask your boyfriend to marry you.
My fiance and I asked each other. I asked him as we were having a lot of problems and I wanted to be with him forever. A couple of weeks later he asked me with an engagement ring. And that was over a year and a half ago - so you don't have to get married straight away.

if you really see yourself spending the rest of your life with him, go ahead and ask. don't do it just b/c of the baby.. you really have to be in love and be prepared to work through all sorts of highs and lows over the next decades.

yes, you can propose to him.....and also it does not mean that you have to get married right away. you can be engaged for even two years and he can be your fiancee.
he can even give you a token right as an engagement present or else have a his and her rings to exchange.
