to flatten your tummy...one word: crunches. do they for about 20 minutes everyday. and when you go up...do it in sets of 3. crunch straight up the first time, then twist to the left the second, and then to the right the third. for your thighs i recommend doing squats...make sure you stretch before and after exercising so that you don't hurt yourself. good luck!

This is simple science
The fat on your stomach is stored energy, to get rid of the stored energy (fat) you have to burn that energy. You have to do lots of physical activity that will consume the energy your body has stored.
To use the energy that is stored you should limit the energy you take in (food). Eat lots of Salad, and do lots of sweaty exercises. No need to weight train, your not a body builder. But do lots of jogging, and for extra results were ankle weights.

Its difficult or prolly impossible to loose selective fat.
wat i suggest is go swim, it tones the entire body and gives u a good shape overall.

i hope i explain this good. Make sure you have a partner
1) lay down on your back
2) have your partner stand up with your head in between their
feet. make sure they face your legs
3) bring your legs up to your partners hands and have him/her
push your legs toward the ground. don't touch the ground
though
4) each time you come up have your partner either push
your legs to the left then to the right then to the center. repeat
for as long as you can handle it.
