Who's at fault? It is in Alberta. Location of accident is in a parking lot with a restaurant. Vehicle A is proceeding around a corner from the north side turning onto the west side to proceed south. Vehicle B is coming from opposite direction. They collide on the northwest corner of the building. Who is at fault? Who's insurance should pay. Police say it is no fault parking lot accident but they were not called to the scene. One of the insurance companies states fault on other driver. Please site legal answers and where I can find them on the net!

Gee...why don't you look up the "rules of the road," and then look up the definition of negligence? You're both a fault for not driving on the proper side of the aisle...had you BOTH been on the proper side of the aisle the accident wouldn't have happened. It's a 50/50 loss.

If they T-boned i think thats what your describing, the one who was hit from the side is at fault, the driver failed to acknowledge the driver coming from the oppisate direction
