I need a lawyer to help me with a medical malpractice suite, I was diagnoised with the wrong problem I went to this hospital(Ohio State Universatiy) to get checked out doring my over night stay I was diagnoised with a pinched nerve I could not walk and plus I had a newborn baby with me, I went to another hospital (Doctor West) and they done tests and to find out My lower right leg was full of blood clots and during my stay at the other hospital a small piece of one of the blood clots broke free and went to my right lower lung, the next morning i was in surgery and i now have two filters in me One is in my right leg which is helping me walk today and the other one is in my stomach keeping the blood clots from traveling to my lungs again, I almost lost my life over this and the OSU hospital has all my records of me having blood clots, Please somebody help me. I had a total of 3 surgeries in May of 2006, was released from the hospital the day before my 7th year anniversary May 28th 2006.

You can talk to a lawyer and see. Most lawyers will work for a percentage of what you will get. but I'm not sure you will be able to sue. It was just a misdiagnosis. It happens all the time. Now if the treatment they gave you caused a bunch of problems then you might be able to.

You need to talk to a lawyer , in your state , who specializes in Malpractise and personal injury.

The question will be was the condition and symptoms sufficient that the diagnosis made was below a reasonable standard of care.

Many law firms will do these on a contingency basis. They get paid from whatever settlement you get. Its often up to half of the award.


good luck , malpractise is difficult to prove.
