Go in and have a look at my avatar, I answered a question regarding acne for another girl this morning. Please don't get any of these chemically loaded cosmetics. They will, at best, only be a temporary measure for the outside of your skin. The healthy, glowing radiance you are looking for can only come from within. What you really need to do is increase your Vitamin A, E, C, B complex, Essential fatty acids and zinc.

Please have a look at my answer from this morning. I've given heaps more info. there. Take care of you and you'll get your beautifull, healthy, shining radiant glow back, I promise. After all, you are only 19, not really an age where you should have to worry. If you give your body the food it craves it will look after you.

PEACE & GOOD HEALTH

I use Estee Lauder face cream and it is really good. A little spendy though. Clinque brand of face creams are really good too. What you can do is when you go into a department store have them show you different creams for your face. They will try different ones on you for free at the counters. Generally the Department stores i.e.. Macy's, Dillards, Penny's have cosmetic counters with all brands of facial items i.e Estee Lauder, Clinque, and others. Just check it out there - it is free to have a consultant at the counter for that specific type of item show you it.

Don't use these, they will not work. Check out serious skin care, they have a bunch of different lines for different types of skin (acne, oily, sensitive, over 30, over 40, C-clean, etc...). They all work really well, they are also not tested on animals. I've been using them for over 5 years now and love them. They are also sold on HSN.

Hope this helps. Even Sylvester Stallone uses them.
