I understand where you're coming from. I just had that recently happen to me recently. There's not much anyone can do to really help, I'm afraid. Sometimes just having a good cry or scream is exactly what you need. Or sometimes it's talking to someone about it. Writing helps me. Music also seems to help. At first, every song reminds me of everything I'm crying about, but then I get everythign otu and I just can't seem to cry anymore. It leaves me feeling almost blank, but the next morning I feel better.
If you have a project that's due, work on it. Though it might be hard to start on, it could take your mind off of things once you get into it.
I'm sorry, but that's the best I could come up with. If you need anyone to talk to, just let me know. I understand what you're going through.

These are all part and parcel of a life.
Think about it. All this shi*t will only make
you a stronger person in the future.
Take all this as a challenge in life and don't get beaten by them.
Smile and laughter is the best way to cure stress :)
So what are you waiting for. Grab a popcorn , take a sit
and start laughing on a comedy ;)

Let's look at it like this...
We women have got to realize how powerful we are... So,
I want to encourage you that YOU...
*Have a great purpose for your life
*Are a strong person
*Have an ability to do great things
*Will achieve a lot in your lifetime
And need to finish your work....
You have a lot ahead of you, and don't let some no good guys...take away your focus...
One day, you will thank GOD they are out of your life....
I have been there before...and I look back...and say "how or why did this or that person leave my life...but, God I just thank you for taking them away...because I was headed nowhere fast in those relationships...and didn't even know it"
So, you will do the same....they will regret it....
You stay focused and achieve what God has placed you here to do...
The world needs what you have to offer....
Women help set the pace for the world...let no one break you down....or change you by turning you sour....
You are sweet...and you set the pace for your life....Don't forget that!!!
Hope you feel better soon....

One night, a father passed by his son's room and heard his son praying: "God bless Mommy, Daddy, and Grandma. Ta ta, Grandpa." The father didn't quite know what this meant, but was glad his son was praying. The next morning, they found Grandpa dead on the floor of a heart attack. The father reassured himself that it was just a coincidence, but was still a bit spooked. The next night, he heard his son praying again: "God bless Mommy and Daddy. Ta ta, Grandma." The father was worried, but decided to wait until morning. Sure enough, the next morning Grandma was on the floor, dead of a heart attack. Really scared now, the father decided to wait outside his son's door the next night. And sure enough, the boy started to pray: "God bless Mommy. Ta ta, Daddy." Now the father was really scared. He stayed up all night, and went to the doctor's early the next day to make sure his health was fine. When he finally came home, his wife was waiting on the porch. She said, "Thank God you're here -- we could really use your help! We found milkman dead on our porch this morning!"
