It depends on exactly what he said and how he said it... if it was like, in the middle of the actual phone sex (with some other words with it), I'd say he was just caught up in the moment.

Well it really depends on what type of guy you are having phone sex with. That might be a thing that they like, or something they think you like. Talk to him about it. ask him if he likes calling you that. and if you don't like it at all, tell him that u think it's disrespectful to you.
